The process was quick. Everyone was very prompt and eager to help me. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They also made an offer for some other things that I find to be very beneficial to protect my investment too.  I got a vehicle I love!

I would give this place no stars if I could. We had our navigator that stopped running towed there. We were told it needed a new engine and told that the replacement and labor would be in excess of $10,000 with tax. We had it towed to Briggs and none of the things that were listed as being wrong from Flint Hills' diagnosis were verifiable. We are driving the navigator now with the same engine.  We feel Flint Hills Auto was very deceptive and manipulative towards us and it made for a very stressful week for us. I would tell everyone to avoid their repair services like the plague. We feel Flint Hills Repair to be dishonest.

I visited on the phone with Amy Barnes and it was really a nice experience. She answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place for their awesome service department.

Purchased a used Subaru Outback, and am very disappointed with it.  Within 2 months there were problems.  However, the issue isnt the car itself, its the fact that we get the "run around" from the service department.  The horn had to be replaced.  When we asked about it, one of the service people stated that they would look.  We had to call back several times to get an answer.  Each time we were met with some excuse about getting busy or having something else come up.  

When we picked up our car from having the horn put in, the mat cover, seat cover and number were left in the car, but wadded up and set aside.  Also, there were muddy foot prints on the inside of the door, like someone used his/her foot to hold the door open.  

I am thoroughly disappointed with this car and the service we have received from Flint Hills.

Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to earn your business and make sure your experience is very positive.  I worked with Tommy and all my questions and concerns were answered and met.  Very pleased with their service and quality vehicles.  Hard to find anything negative to say,,,,,, at first.  

I traded in a 2002 vehicle which I had just filled the gas tank and it was verbally stated they would do the same on the new used vehicle I was purchasing.  Half tank was I got.

My interaction and transaction went so quickly that I did not realize the vehicle didn't have a spare tire.  After being told they would get me one a week or so went by and they offered to sell me one.

Also, when I went to register the vehicle I had to pay $20 cash to have a vin inspection completed which in IMHO the dealer should have done prior to selling.  

After contacting my sales rep Tommy, he had the finance department write me a check to reimburse for the vin inspection, got me a new spare tire, and filled the gas tank. 

I would recommend this dealership and more specifically Tommy to anyone. If you're in the market for a quality used vehicle ask for Tommy.  If he's not readily available, wait, he's worth it.
