If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, you definitely have to come here. They will help you find a great vehicle for a great price. Brittnea was especially helpful as a sales person. She was patient with me and worked with me until we were able to come to an agreement on a vehicle. She even stayed after closing so I could close the deal and leave the dealership with my new vehicle. I even got cookies in the mail!!! The experience was awesome from the first encounter, to me leaving the dealership.

I came here looking for a vehicle during summertime (2017). Got notified less than a week later when a trade occurred and the Jeep I wanted was available. The price was negotiable and the staff worked very closely with my budget. I do recommend buying the extended warranty for a few hundred dollars extra, it is a great deal. They help with any problem I come in with and offer expert advice. Great repair shop staff along with the salesman. If you're looking for a vehicle, Briggs has my five stars and business. Check them out!

I've tried giving this place several opportunities to earn my business, and they've failed all but once. Now, I go to the Lawrence store when I need Subaru service. It's still a Briggs store, but it's unreal how different they are and how much better the Lawrence location is.

I've been looking for a car for awhile now, and I stumbled over a car online that I loved and just knew I had to go test drive! When I got here the staff was incredibly friendly and set me up with Rhonda! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and a downright awesome person to work with. I ended up purchasing the car, and it is honestly everything I wanted in a car. The staff here were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and put my best interest first. They really worked with me financially, and I appreciate that a ton. Big thank you to Rhonda and all of the staff for helping me find my new car!

This was my first new car and the experience was exactly what I think car shopping should be like. Tim was my salesman, and he didn't try to sell me a car. He educated me about the car and the car sold itself. There were no high pressure tactics. They didn't talk down to me because I was a female. They didn't try to upsell things I didn't need. Rick, the manager was also great. It was just a really positive experience. They have a customer for life! I will be recommending Briggs Subaru to all of my friends!
