Entirely unhelpful. I ordered my lab manual, and they told me they had none in stock, and wouldn't have any for a number of days or weeks. It turns out a classmate of mine managed to pick up his lab manual on the same day, on some obscure shelf in the bookstore. These people at the service desk did a terrible job of finding my lab manual and fulfilling my order I made earlier in the week.

NIU is a good school overall. The student center is nice and more updated than other student centers I've been to.

Pretty expensive and it's hard to find items sometimes.  Could use better organization.

This is a nice bookstore that has pretty much everything you would need for school, including NIU apparel. However, as many college bookstores go, the prices are very high on everything.
