Nice littlw bookstore with good variety. Also holds childrens toys, greeting cards, etc. Close proximity to library is good for parking. However the store looks dated both outside and in

Shopping at Anderson's Bookshop, 5112 Main St, Downers Grove, IL 60515 is great. The shop has great stock, wonderful and very helpful sales people and a great layout. The store will have special book parties from time to time when there's a new book lunch i.e. Harry Potter. Well worth your time stopping in and browsing around and picking up a couple of titles to take home and enjoy reading.

Family owned.  Good selection of author signed books for fans.  Several events with authors during the year.
