I've been to this location twice for ultrasounds during my pregnancy and both times I've left disappointed. The first time, I couldn't see the screen. The second time, I she didn't show me his face, his profile, or give me any photos to take home. 

I know that the point of these visits is to check the development of the baby and that time is precious but please recognize that the mothers experience should matter a little, too. I don't want to feel like I'm just a human incubator.

I went to a different health system for our first child and had a much better experience. Hoping my delivery at Holy Redeemer isn't as impersonal.

Better hospitals are out there yes. But I've had some great experiences with Holy Redeemer. I've never experienced anything extremely bad here and they are excellent with children. I've been here several times, our daughter born here and will continue to choose them. The care at Redeemer is nothing but professional and with knowledgeable doctors and staff. I'd give it 5 stars,  but they aren't St.Marys Medical  Center.

This facility along with their facility at 821 Huntingdon Pike was unprofessional and in my opinion fraudulent.  I went for my first ever mammogram where the tech was extremely rude, smelled horribly of smoke, and did a substandard mammogram.  I was called back for additional views because of probable overlapping tissue, but they wanted additional views just to be sure (aka billing my insurance for a second mammogram and therefore passing the bill to the customer.)  Additional views should have been considered part of the same appointment in my case, however, the Dr's office billed for a second mammogram resulting in a cost to me. When contacting the Dr's office, they wouldn't do right by the customer and instead blamed the insurance company.  It also took 5-6 calls to get a supervisor to call me back and even a conference call with me, the office, and my insurance co. Bottom line, don't go there for your mammogram--they don't care about their customers, just what they can bill you.
