Tim Zeis, the store manager, is combative and taunts customers rather than pitching in to help. The store is OK but the staff seems scattered and Tim doesn't seem aware of the issues the store is facing (picking up paid for items is quite an ordeal). More importantly, rather than working with customers, he tells them that he bets the wait really hasn't been all that bad (despite saying he didn't know how long the wait really was). He is not someone I'd want to deal with again and that makes the store a lot less appealing.
