Visited this location a couple days ago with my sister & we had a very mixed experience. The girl at the front end I believe her name was Hailey, I'm assuming a hostess, was not very pleasant. We were there during dinner rush so I understand she may have been busy but her customer service was lacking the night we dined here. Between her snarky attitude & the countless amount of times she rolled her eyes at our party I'm not sure where to start. Needless to say; the rest of our experience here was quite amazing, we had a very nice waiter who was training someone new.. I wish I had remembered names because they were very lovely, attentive & helpful. The food was great, as expected. This location tends to get sort of packed, however the facility is clean & fast paced. Will be back because of the fantastic servers & delicious food. Only gave 4 starts because of the girl with a bad attitude.

Food is always great at this location. Our server tonight was one of the best I have ever had and not just here but anywhere. She was friendly, attentive great personality but not hovering or bugging us constantly. Drinks were filled before they got even close to being gone and without question. Players were gone after a comfortable amount of time in order to make sure we were done but not to make us feel rushed. Great server!

I love the Texas Roadhouse it's my family's favorite celebration place. Whether it be for a birthday, or a family get together we usually always choose the Roadhouse. The drinks are exceptional, and the signature rolls with cinnamon butter are to die for. The salted peanuts are also a nice addition, you can always munch on them while you wait for your food. Of all the times I've been to this place the service has been outstanding and I've never had a bad experience!

Okay so I don't hit Texas Roadhouse very often and it had been years but a friend of mine suggested that we go there so why not. Very pleasantly surprised. They have learned to under promise and over deliver in a great way. Hostesses were all that and the first impression that they gave made me so happy I didn't even mind hearing I had to wait. Of course the wait time quoted vs the actual wait time was a blip on the radar. I don't think my butt had time to transfer any heat to the seat before being called. Wait staff were all working together and dare I say it, I felt that they cared and I was important. Food was just right, got what was ordered and even a little high maintenance ordering didn't phase them a bit. They did everything right and probably better than most will ever do. It's a bit of a drive for me but I won't even think twice about going back.

Always love coming here. The steak is always cooked perfectly. Mine being Medium-rare which is usually over cooked anywhere else. This place gets it right. They have there act together. Between the staff, food, atmosphere. Everything really. This is my go to place for a steak, without overpaying.
