I'm a Papa John's member, I use my member points, and I never have a problem with the food, buttttttt I ordered a pizza and the pizza was halfway cooked through. I called to ask for another one, and the new one is the same way, after I asked for it to be well done. I'm not sure if this one Papa John's is just to busy and maybe we need to get another one, but their just not getting the job done right now.

Asked if I could have toppings cheese and sauce as close to edge as possible, something I've never had an issue with at any pizza place... instead I was told they would not, when I asked why, she the GM "Lee" told me she would not and could not do it, I explained I have never had an issue there or anywhere else doing it... She got angry with me once I told her I never have had an issue... she said she would not do it and I could cancel my order if I did not want it the way they made it... the moment I started getting angry for the way I was being treated, I hung up instead of using conflict. Once I cooled down I then called back and was hung on on twice... will never order again

THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON US BECAUSE THERE WAS A HAIR IN OUR PIZZA THE OWNED US A FREE PIZZA WOW WOW READ!! NEVEER GO TO PAPA JOHNS GO TO PIZZA HUT OR LITTLE C.s REALLY REALLY

There was a whole hair baked under my cheese on my pizza. Right? Disgusting.. I will not be returning but, that isnt even the best part of this story. (I should have taken a picture of the pizza but, was so out done by the situation I just didnt even want to think about it) My appetite still isnt the same. 
Long story short called they manager whoever was there on the 17th around 8pm said no problem.. I asked him if he wanted me to bring it in he said no you dont have to. So he said he marked a free pizza down for me. I was hesitant to even accept it because of there was a WHOLE REDISH DIRTY BLOND HAIR IN THE PIZZA. I accepted.

A week later i call to retrieve my FREE REPLACEMENT PIZZA. This manager whom in person I met eventually short with short brown hair said that he couldn't find it and to come in. So me and my s/o etc went up to PAPA JOHNS ON COLUMBIA IN BATTLE CREEK, MI. He proceeded to tell us we used it blah blah blah blah which we have NOT! we weren't hasty to get another PIZZA after the hairy one and we both work and have a child. DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GET PIZZAS ALL THE TIME.

SO  he then figured out he was looking at an old address then, we said no you should be able to see the address you delivered the pizza to and right soon as in walks the guy that delivered out pizza. THEN COME ANOTHER manager the one who was supposed to come in the first place... Then the guy proceeded to tell us he could give us half off of what was supposed to be free which was an insult after HAIR WAS IN OUR PIZZA ! LIKE REALLY etc. The female manager asked us to leave after we brought all types of proof and said what time and whom the manager was on duty call him because he would remember.  WE REFUSED, she called the police. WE WAITED BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONES LOOKING STUDY AS A UNIT CONTRIBUTING TO THIS DISGUSTING SANITATION STANDARDS OF HAIR CAN BE BAKED INTO A PIZZA AND DELIVERED?? wow anyways we wait i asked for someones number higher than her she dead ass refused. I asked the police they asked me to google it. TRY TO SAVE THERE ASS. IN THE END THE POLICE ENDED UP GIVING US TWO FREE PIZZA . THAT WASNT OUR TOPPINGA but, none the less.

THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON US FOR A HAIR IN OUR PIZZA LIKE WOW THAT ENDED IN THEM GIVING US OUR PIZZA ANYWAYS!

This place is horrible. I ordered a pizza online, wait nearly an hour for said pizza to be delivered. To have them call me and tell they cant deliver the pizza because im outside their zone.

I live on St Marys Lake in Battle Creek, Michigan and there’s not a papa johns that will deliver out here this is bad for business.  Too bad them them.  Worst customer service in the history of Battle Creek.  Smh.
