Facility is Ok for less than $100/night. Front desk service is pretty terrible. I saw the same person working night shift all week and she seems extremely unhappy, no smile or greeting at all. I asked for toilet papers at front desk since the housekeeping never put new ones, she said she does not have any and I have to go get at Walmart. This is my second time staying here and there is always sometimes not right, like A/C not working properly, internet is very spotty, or cable T.V is not working.

Internet is very slow, room is extremely small and the cable never works, been coming here since last year and it’s been the same. Happiest time I came for an uta and they arranged me a room was when they booked me outside the base 😒

Been staying here regularly for 5 years now,  you either get internet, cable or air conditioning, never all 3 at once. I went to call the front desk to resolve my issues and the phone didn't even work. Spend your money else where, the extra money u spend will be worth it. Unless u enjoy sleeping in a room thats 98 degrees with a TV that just plays static.

Internet cuts in and out constantly. Refuse to accept there is an issue. Routers require updates and replacement but won’t replace. No cable. It’s like this all the time.
