Best thing about this place is their facilities. Their bathrooms are sooooo clean and well kept. The laundry room attached is awesome to have too. The park host helped us out a ton too. LOVE LOVE LOVE

We were so lucky to stay here for a night in mid December! We pulled in late and the owner Mark came down to meet us after hours. He just so happens to be the Mayor of Kirtland, and the most knowledgeable person you could come across in the area! I had done a lot of research before our one night stay, but he informed me of several other local attractions not to be missed, and loaded me up with maps and information! He was deeply generous with his time. We spoke for so long that my husband came to look for me! :) We had a great stay, they have a top notch bathroom (that was really warm on a cold night), and in the morning we drove a loop to Shiprock and 4 Corners, came back through town and went to Aztec Ruins and then headed down to Bisti before spending the night in Gallup. (It was ambitious, but an amazing day!) We loved our stay so much, and Mark told us about Mesa Verde NP and other areas nearby we'd like to explore, so we'll definitely be back one day to Homestead!

Got in about 9 pm but the guy who checked us in was very friendly and the office is absolutely beautiful! Love the log furniture they have in it. Spaces are decent, it's all hard gravel, so it does get dusty, but heck, what doesn't out in the Rockies. LoL Would stay again when traveling back through. I'm not sure on how it is as a monthly renter, we did have some people to stay there when we were there working on a job (we had stayed somewhere else at the time) and they said they would come and unplug their power if the AC was running and no one was home, no matter if you had pets or not. So you might want to check on that before you stay especially during AC season.

Stopped on way to Utah last month. The showers and bath facilities were beautiful! The location is convenient, folks were really nice. Definitely stay there again.
