Not the happiest with Augusta location customer service wise but I love the Haysville location. They have great items to choose from and friendly workers who never make you feel like you're wasting their time with my questions about their products :)

I baught my bed from Michelle in augusta and i had a washer that had to go back (my fault) customer service was always wonderfull friendly even when my payment was late

Horrible experience.  Ordered a bedroom set was told it would be no later than two weeks from delivery.  Every time I called to check I got a different delivery date.  Finally I got fed up and demanded my money back. Then I was told I had to pay a $50 restocking fee. For what? ? I never got it. Go somewhere else!
