I have to say, I am impressed with how much this store has grown. Even tho this best buy was closer to our house, we would go to West Best buy. They used to provide better customer service and were very helpful. The last few times we have come in here; everyone has been very friendly and helpful. We even went to the other store again earlier this week and was completely ignored. Happy to say we will be coming back and happy to shop here again. We were asked if we needed help within 2 min of walking into the store, and the associate was able to help us with what we needed.  I'm not sure if a management change was made or what. But hopefully the changes stick.

Went to purchase a “Dot”. Located them and as I was looking over choices was approached by gentlemen with blonde hair an glasses (feel badly I don’t remember his name) when he offered his help. I asked him about pricing an the different models, noticing the model I was leaning towards showed on sale.  He quickly identifies he sale tag is expired but said he would lock in sale price to me.  Then he takes a moment to check all the other sale tags, noticing they too were expired.  To me that was huge.  He took a moment to check others - some may have ignored allowing him or another associate an uncomfortable explanation of to why sale actually expired some days back.  Way to show great effort.  It only took him 15 sec or so.  Good retail practice he made!

Have bought several products from this Bestbuy. The price match guarantee is great when a sales associate actually found a lower price than I could elsewhere. Convenient location, great for a quick in and out purchase.

They have a weak camera selection and not very knowledgeable staff. They have a pretty decent phone and computer section though. And they carry more appliances.
