1/15/2018 I went to the Best Buy, 6700 W Kellogg Dr, Wichita, KS 67209.
I had one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.
I was looking for a printer.
I had a salesman that was so helpful and knowledgeable about the printers I was blown away!!!  He answered every question I had.  He wasn't pushy but helpful.  He made my day and I bought a printer just because of his recommendation after getting to know me and what requirements I was looking for. 
This young man should be promoted to a manager or sales training manager of some kind.  Other sales people could learn a lot from him no matter what company it is.
Because they didn't have a manager at the time I expressed my appreciation for having such a dedicated knowledgeable employee and salesman working for them to the manager on duty at the time.
I went back two days later and bought another electronic device.
When someone is doing a good job, they need to be acknowledged and told JOB WELL DONE!!!

I highly recommend Wes for any computer problems. He is very knowledgeable. Wes is very courteous and he acknowledges you when you get there that someone will be with you. The rest of the staff are very courteous. I would not take my my computers any where else but to Best Buy with Wes. Thank you for providing this service. Brenda Lenertz

Great place to shop if you are looking for small or major appliances.  Staff is friendly & helpful.  I did online research before going to the store.  Unfortunately we needed a new refrigerator right away & they did not have the one we wanted in stock.  I would recommend them, they have a lot of choices.

Great customer service. I bought a TV and when we took it out of the box the screen was broke. I was worried they wouldn't make the exchange because the screen was shattered. Best Buy exchanged it the next day no questions asked.
