I am very disappointed in Best Buy and their rewards program. I have had a Best Buy credit card for over 12 years at this point and spend thousands of dollars a year on tech there to receive little to nothing in rewards returns. Most recently I purchased $4298 in home theater equipment from Best Buy locally and received 0 points to my Best Buy rewards account. I called Customer Support and they informed me that I did not choose the "Standard High Interest Option" when checking out instead opting for the much more appealing 3 year 0 interest options which I have earned the right to have over the years. Since I am not dropping cash on interest at the standard inflated rate I receive no points for my large purchase. This is ridiculous in my opinion. Why would I even need or want points if I have to pay interest on my best buy card to get them. That pretty much negates any benefits to me for shopping there at all. I will have to look elsewhere in the future for my large purchases as Best Buy is clearly no longer in the business of rewarding those of us who spend a lot with them. Very disappointed in how low the Rewards program has sunk over the years!

What a joke Best buy has become. Went to look at cell phone cases and 95% of them are iPhone. (3 rows ) Hey Best buy..come back to reality...not everyone likes apple. Some of us do like Android phones. Get a better selection.

Walked through, not looking for anything in particular, with a friend of mine. We both made purchases. Had a well organized Blu-ray section. Looked over a few titles, very reasonably priced, so I paid a good price overall on 3 items. I'll return much later to do the same.

Worst customer service ever! This is the second time in recent months that these high school dropouts have failed at life. 1st. Was totally ignored a few months ago when looking for something in the store. No help from the staff when asked. 2nd. We went to buy a product that seemed to be out of stock on the shelf. We waited 10 minutes for these idiots to stop chatting with each other to get a question answered. We purchased the item from Target instead. F Best Buy 21/Rock Wichita.

Super helpful dude in the camera section named Logan. He needs a raise. Helped me out with choosing a camera for making videos. And what sense works the best!
