Just drove 186 miles one-way to buy a car from Honda of Abilene. It was well-worth the time and travel. Everyone we encountered during our time there was friendly and helpful. Steve (sales mgr.) offered me a good deal by phone and in writing then followed up by sending a video he shot just for me. He greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. Patsey had all the paperwork ready and the car detailed when we arrived. She also walked me through the setup and answered all my questions. Other members of the sales staff were also friendly. The showroom and restrooms are bright and clean. A professional and proficient operation. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend this dealership highly.

Went in and test drove a 2011 civic with about $2000 in body damage and offered a fair price considering the vehicles shape. They wanted nearly 12k which was clean retail and I offered them 8k. Mind you again it had body damage. Right off the bat they tried to add an extended warranty based on their perceived naivety of us at the tune of $2500 and tried to separate my wife and I, because they wanted to deal exclusively with her and take advantage of the fact she is woman and she is a first time buyer. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Sexism check.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Honda of Abilene. I was really nervous purchasing a new car, but everyone there was willing to help me out. My sales rep, Itzel, was very professional and provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and concerns, which helped in my decision to purchase the Honda Civic SI. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Great experience. Adrian helped me get taken care of very quickly and explained everything I needed to know. Now a proud owner of a 2016 Honda Accord! Will definitely be coming back later for our second car.

Went there to purchase my first car and everything went great in 2015 and would rate it a 5 stars. Recently I went back there on the September 30, 2017 for a promotion they were holding and was there for about  an hour and spoke to a promotion salesman named Tristan were he said he does a "NO PRESSURE" sales tactics but told him I had to leave but I will return again on Friday October 6th, to check out some of the vehicles. So I returned on Friday as I said and spoke with Tristan again and already knew the kind of car my wife and I where looking for and chose two different ones so we could compare the rates and payments. The payment end up being around $550-$580 which is way more than I was expecting and even told him I was looking at least $350 or even $450 and told him no thanks, he then went to "speak" to the manager to lower my payment to about $480 and still told him I wasn't interested and wanted to leave but he told me to see if he can lower the payment even more but I told him again I wasn't interested, then he started pressuring me to sign "if I could get it into this price range you are looking at would you sign right now..." and wanted me to sign but told him again I was no longer interested and had to put my current car into the shop to replace my tires but thanks anyway. He than started following me and telling my what if I could get it lower than want you had in mind, would you than sign? I said no again than he said I have a financial adviser I want you to speak with, told him AGAIN no thank you and even gotten to the point where I told him I thought you do a "NO PRESSURE" sales tactics and your pushing me right now to sign and he said "I'm not pressuring you" which of course was a lie.  He than started following me while I waited on maintenance and started talking about my car and how bad the equity is and I should go ahead and trade it in. I kept telling him no thank you but again he followed me and even tried to ask my wife to change my mind and than he sat down next to us in the waiting area and told us "I have one more option for you if your interested and if you are just speak with me" but he ended up telling me what that option was and I gotten to the point where I no longer wanted to purchase a car from this place again. Overall I didn't like being harassed, lied, and being pressured into signing a long term contract.
