Recently got my oil changed here. What a nice surprise to have such a positive person like  Leslie Wilson as my service representative. She is just awesome! She's spunky, good attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel like an appreciated customer and all I did was get an oil change. I'll be back!

Horrible customer service, I believe the individual I was dealing with was Logan. Had been looking for a Suburban and went to his office on three different occasion to include the vehicles I was interested on their lot. Logan grabbed my information three different times and had not receive any call or text nor email. Sounds like I will take my business elsewhere, I would not recommend.

I was told when I signed my new lease  that it was just like the last one.  It was not....Should have been two year,,,ended up being for three.....Had to
pay down payment on this one....not on last one.......disposal fee on this one that wasn't on last one and didn't read lease until I got home.  Big
mistake..  Can't trust them....Will definitely not go back....Can't take them at their word.  Too many things wrong to make mention here..  Just learned a valuable lesson on who one can trust and who you can't..  I've lived long enough to have known better.  (84 years)

Overall experience & customer service was great. They were honest, professional, & straight forward. My truck was in the shop for a day.

problem not addressed; : was told wind noise  was not excessive. internet says different. Looks like this is a problem many others are having with the enclave. hate to complain but the wind noise is excessive. too bad its a great car just needs to be fixed. wind noise with crosswind and wind noise on cars with luggage racks.
