We went to Kia of Abilene to see about trading our Kia van for a sedan. After running some numbers that we didn’t agree with, the sales manager told us that he could get to where we wanted to be and that all we had to do was to basically let our current loan go into repossession. When I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable with that, he decided to throw my past credit history in my face. These guys will tell you anything to make a sale and line their pockets, even if it will affect your credit in the future.

Edrick was amazing help! Car shopping all day is not easy but he made it worth while! After a few hours of just not finding one my husband and I liked he still kept pushing to find one we did! Ended up getting a 2017 Kia Optima and we are SO happy with our decision! Highly recommend Kia! Great staff and great vehicles!

Cody Bradshaw is a terrific guy and Kia representative. He was and is so patient with me in teaching me the functions of my new Sportage. He and Joe both worked very hard and courteously to help me decided on the right car for me. Cody has been very attentive in his follow up as to how my new car experience is going. Cody should be commended for his knowledge of the product, courtesy and hard work. The crew in the service department have also been great. I will recommend Kia of Abilene to my family and friends.

Started at the used lot on a Wednesday and Will was very friendly and showed me a few very good options, I think. I didn't actually get enough information to know if they were good options. The SOP seems to be that THEY will decide what fits in your price range without ever giving you an asking price. Even after you ask for the asking price. Several times. After refusing to be pressured into buying immediately, I was promised an email with pricing and specs on the three vehicles I had liked. The next day, I called to see if I would still be getting that info. The sales manager Joe at the Southwest location then tried to pressure me into negotiations over the phone! With no pricing available to me still! Will called that afternoon and the next and still I couldn't get any information in conversation or email. Saturday I went to McGavock and bought a Kia. They lost a sale of their flagship brand because they wouldn't give me what I needed to make an informed, confident decision. And now they have to service that vehicle because it is still under warranty.

My Worst experience at a dealership in Abilene was at Kia this Saturday. Starting with the inventory, I found several on their website that I liked. None of them existed in their inventory apparently. Salesman was rude and knew nothing about the vehicles. When I said how much I was looking to spend and what I was looking for, the first thing I was asked for was my info and my social security number. I said you don’t need to know my social because I already have pre approved financing, that is not an issue. I just want to see what’s available, then the manager came in and was very condescending. When I was finally showed a car, I decided I wasn’t going to buy a car from Kia based on my experience. I told the salesman I was going to another dealer, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Didn’t even say a word. Only good thing that came of it was I went down the road and bought a car at lawarance hall instead.
