My wife brought vehicle in for state inspection. Service department claimed the vehicle needed new brakes and rotors. They were unaware that I knew the brakes and rotors had just been replaced 6 months ago. Honda of Ithaca claimed that the pad itself was separating from the mounting bracket. If you've ever worked with brakes you know that the pad and mounting bracket a permanently fused together. So I told them I would go home and inspect the brakes and rotors myself. Sure enough the brakes were in perfect condition at least 90% life, rotors were great to. I called them back and they said that the brake pad wasn't able to be removed with a finger? Be aware that this location is happy to sell you a car and show good salesmanship during that experienced, but when bringing your vehicle in for something minor they will take advantage of the opportunity to make dishonest gain! My recommendation know your car and don't bring it to Honda of Ithaca for service. Check out reviews of other service departments before you bring your car here!

Ithaca, NY 14850 this dealer is the best dealer  customer service excellence   Every people in dealership excellent  The respect the customer  try to get better price I  bye  my Honda pilot 2017 I strongly recommend go to this dealer and see the salesman Gary Eller he's the best salesman I trust the salesman I would definitely purchase here again.

Horrible experience!  $78 to Replace Two Headlights and no call first to ask if the service should be provided! ...  I have a 2003 Honda, and the alternator recently died near Albany NY, and I had it replaced for $650.  The next day, I discovered that my headlights no longer worked, and brought it to Honda of Ithaca to see what might have happened.  I asked them to take a look, and then got the a call that my car was all set.  I arrived and they charged me $78 to change two bulbs that had been blown.  ...Unbelievable!

We bought a van and had a good experience with the sales reps. What I fully enjoyed was that we had a few issues since we bought it and they were taken care of that day. One of them was a screw in the tire. This was three months after the purchase, they had full rights to tell us that we needed to buy a new one but they offered to plug and fix it. I'll go back any time.
