I've been taking my cars here for years. They do a good job and seem quite honest. Prices are reasonable.

Very reasonable.  Dropped my lawnmower tire off that kept going flat.  They fit me in and tubed the tire for $25.00.  Good deal.  Thanks to Shea and the others at Wilcox.

This place is the worst, they charged me 35 dollars for a flat fix. What a rip off. I bet the only people that have given this place a good review are, the ones who work there. In the store front it says tire repair service center. What a place to rip people off...I thought Manhattan is expensive, never mind......

Good tire buying experience..four Michelin's mounted cost less than Tire Rack, without all the handling of four tires and finding a place to mount them.

Is zero stars an option? 
I took my car down because my check engine light was on and I wanted to know why. This is some pretty day one mechanic stuff. I sat there for two and a half hours before the mechanic came out and told me that: 
1)I should take my car to another mechanic.
2)they weren't even certified to check my brand of car.
3) that he also had no idea what was wrong, but could turn my light off anyway so we could "see what happens." 
After getting my keys back, I was asked to pay $37 dollars after just being told that they did nothing to my car. I figured it was because they turned the light off, but as soon as I pulled out of the lot, the light came back on. I called back to ask what exactly I paid for and was then told by the mechanic that he provided me a "service" before hanging up on me. If you're feeling extra charitable one day, then go ahead and throw Wilcox a bone so they can send their "mechanics" to school.  However, if you actually want your car to  get fixed then I would recommend literally anywhere else. (yes that is the correct use of the word "literally.")
