Let me start by saying, I never post bad reviews, EVER, but it seems to be the only way to get someone's attention at Maquire. Nice selection of vehicles and ok, if you don't want any service after the sale. After my first bad experience (which involved them not honoring a rust warranty we had purchased), we decided to try again, simply because it was the only place that had the car we wanted. Unfortunately, the 2nd time around was no better than the first.  When we went to test drive the vehicle, the battery was dead. No big deal, they jumped it and we were able to drive it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and we were told it needed to have the inspection done and the battery checked out. Apparently, in order for it to pass the inspection, we had to drive the vehicle for 40 miles, no problem since we live 45 minutes away. They were nice enough to let us take the car home that night and bring it back the next day to get the inspection cleared up. The very next day, after they fixed it, the battery is dead again and the car won't start.  I called both the manager and the person who sold us the car over a dozen times over the course of the next 4 days, with no response from either of them. Luckily, we have two other vehicles so we could still get where we needed to go. Finally, I was able to get the manager on the phone who told me, no problem, go get a new battery and send me the receipt for reimbursement. It has been 8 weeks since I submitted the reimbursement and I still have not received it.  When I asked the manager about it two weeks ago, I was told he submitted it and would check on it. I still have not heard back or received a check. More hassle than its worth to continue to pursue this further, which was exactly my thought with the first bad experience. Definitely will not be purchasing from them again.
