I’ve eaten at this restaurant 3 separate times and there is no consistency. The first time was great. The second time they ran out of food before they even closed which I know happens but this third time was the deal breaker I went in at 12 and waited 1 full hour for supposedly some jiffy bread to be cooked after waiting 1 hour the girl ask do u just want some rolls and I’m thinking I’ve seen at least 6 customers come eat their food inside and all while I’m still waiting on some jiffy bread to make a long story short I waited 1 hour for jiffy bread to cook all to wait and find out they never even started cooking the bread and no apology actually they got an attitude because at this time u could tell I wasn’t happy this could have been a good new business to the area but the customer service and consistentcy absolutely sucks and I will never go back

I've eaten there a few times and have tried different entrees. I've eaten the roast, fried pork chop and fried chicken. I ate mashed potatoes with gravy and the collard greens with each meal. They were all delicious. They're my home cooked meal restaurant.

I went to the location on Wednesday for their Wings Wednesday special. The wings was okay but not hot (taste) like before , I ordered the Honey Heat. Also I asked for ranch dress for the wings, did not get that with my order. I was super bummed that I had not received the dressing, that's what makes the wings complete ( my opinion). But I can't blame them, they had a NEW employee working the drive through at the time. I work in the area so I will return on future lunches, since there is not much of a selection on restaurant in the area to go for lunch.

Exactly the experience I hope for at a Soul-food Restaurant. Nice people. The food was truly memorable. I had smoked ribs, sweet potatoes, slaw, and corn bread, and although it was a little more  than I usually spend for lunch, I know i will not be hungry before dinner. It was all a human can eat.

The catfish sandwich was very good and nice portion.  The peach cobbler was good.  Friendly service.
