Ordered two mcchikens and a M iced mocha. Chicken's came out quick and were nearly cold by the time the mgr came over to tell me the coffee machine was cleaning. He asked how long I would be here and I told him and pointed at the chickens. I sat down and ate and waited and still no drink. I got up threw my stuff away and still no drink. he said it's almost ready. I STOOD at the counter longer than I had even been on the premises to that point and asked one of the ladies to just refund my card while she was eating her salad right up on the front counter.. Where she had her cluster of phone and battery packs. Not saying a word, she scurried off to the back. WHILE another employee watching, stuffed fresh fries out the serving bin to her face. The mgr finally walked around and have me my drink "I made it a large for you" .

Everyone here has about 3 brain cells. Like most people have said always busy, lazy employees, cold food, one day i went in for lunch at 11:15 (I had 15 minutes to get back to work) and they told me they were only serving breakfast! A small problem I know but what's worse is I look around and see people eating chicken sandwiches and fish sandwiches, again small issue but just... Why lie to me? Just say you don't want to serve me and I'll just leave. Don't waste your time there are a million other McDonald's in the world so just go to literally anywhere else. Worst McDonald's ever!

I'm not sure what their hours are listed as here on Google, but I do know their door says 5am they open. And they didn't open until almost 6:10 this morning. Every day I pass by of a morning, I'd get some coffee, but the lobby isn't open like the door says it should be. Everyone here is always really friendly, though.

This McDonald's I have been going to for 18 years now it has had 2 different renovations and nothing has made it better. For a few weeks after the renovations everything is good but it quickly goes back to rude and mouthy employees that don't get your order right and if you try to get it fixed they throw a fit or start mouthing something about the order like that's not what he ordered or check his bag that's what I put in there. I really don't like this McDonald's but because of where I work it's the only place I have to stop at (traffic and such)

Consistently understaffed. Often don't even open the lobby in the morning even though their posted hours say they should be open. The few people that are there do the best they can. Seems to have bad ownership.
