Someone please save this Krystal. Had a bad experience a couple weeks back when the cashier flat out ignored us. Saw lots of disrespect between the manager and this employee and he was back at work today. Today when I returned I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and just basic work ethic. Ok. It’s a Krystal. But at least do the basic work to manage this place. The worker on drive through was taking orders from a coworkers car while he smoked a cigarette. Not even in the building. The 12 pack we ordered came out quick, but was cold. $20 for a meal that was cold. Get a better manager in here. Do some upkeep on the building, or shut it down. Someone needs to check their pride and do some work, because the franchise should shut this location down.

This Krystal's was clean the food was cooked right. The person at the register could have been more polite.
