I came in and the lady at the register was friendly. The food was made fast and fresh and was delicious. The manger odalys was very friendly too. Great customer service  would recommend

Me and my partner spend money about 4 times a week in this place sometimes I send 45 min sitting there but I spend money and they complain but yet I seen a drunk that sits in the corner everyday without spending a cent and then the Manger Mrs odalis tell us this isn't a hang out spot top it off seen the drunk behind the counters helping her clean and she giving him all left overs

I didn't get my full order!  Staff were pleasant when I ordered 2 take out meals.  But I only discovered that my order was missing items when I got home! I recommend you check your order before leaving the restaurant.Food: 3/5

Food quality is nothing to write home about,taste is barely passible.Try to use the drive thru if you come to this location,there is always an unsavory element constantly loitering in the dining area,they are not there to eat, but are there for handouts from customers and management and are  simply there to cause trouble.Food: 1/5

Hot and fresh chicken! We got the 7 for $7 Sunday/Monday only. We are on vacation from Atlanta - next time and every time after we will come to this location and this location alone. Keep up the great work!

The food is fine. And the staff CAN be courteous but there are times when the staff is not. I just had an experience in which the staff was frustrated with having to take my order because I wanted to substitute a side for a different side. I asked for the substitution while ordering, not at the end of the order which can lead to frustration. I do my best to order with care because it is a demanding job and I strive to be considerate. But after ordering the substitution and noticing the cashier’s frustration, she started becoming pushy and made me feel as if she wanted me to hurry my order along. Not okay.

Prices have gone up so drastically about 70%. There is no longer popcorn chicken available. The Famous Bowl only has 5 pieces of nuggets, mash potatoes, corn, and gravy for $7.99. Side dishes are at $1.99. KFC isn't any longer affordable and even more expensive than their competitors.  Parking: About 6 parking spaces by the front doors.

Odalys Castro is a living managerial legend! She is so sweet and caring and considerate of all her guests- makes everyone feel welcome, while upholding all corporate policies and standards. She’s patient, inclusive, and efficient. KFC needs to give her a raise for how well she runs this joint.Food: 5/5

Went around 10 pm, the female that eas there eas the most disrespectful service I’ve ever had I even cancelled my order because just by the service I didn’t even want to eat the food anymore
