Order at your own risk. We are from NC. We wanted something familiar. I read the reviews. I ordered online hoping to avoid the bad service. No contactless delivery, staff watched us pull in tight parking and waited on us to come in and get our order. Our pizza was fresh. The cheese sticks had been there for a while. I returned the cheese sticks the next day on our way home. Corporate or the owner needs to look at this location. We love Pizza Hut, but understand there are too many other options to deal with old food being given to customers.

I decided to order Pizza Hut after years of not eating pizza from this place. I'm pregnant and decided to order the stuffed crust pizza with green peppers. I made a mistake and place the order for pick up instead of delivery. Since is really close to my house I went to pick it up. When I got back home I was starving. I was so happy until I opened the box. No sauce and the peppers were completely burned. I tried a slice, because honestly I was starving. The pizza was not tasty I decided not to eat it and placed another other from another place. Is not fair they don't pay attention to the products they serve. We are not in the position these days to throw money away. I spent time and money for something I ended up not eating and had to spend more ordering from another restaurant. I'm just sharing my experience so other people is aware of the service and products this restaurant serves. And hopefully the restaurant starts paying attention and star selling better products and this won't happen to another hungry customer like me.

I have only 2 times from this store and both times I've had horrible experiences. Both orders were made through the app, but each time it gave an estimated time and it wasn't followed. The orders were incorrect and blamed it on the costumer me, their customers service through the phone is the worst. They actually hung up on me multiple times and one time they pretend they couldn't hear me and were giggling in the back. I just won't order from this store ever again...

Ordered online for delivery, two simple middle pizzas, it said would take 25-30 minutes, ended up taking 1 hour..no one at the store picks up the phone, and when the order came, they brought a different Crust pizza than what I had ordered...pick another Location if you can...stay away from this one

This store is garbage. Ordered my food and it did not show up. When i called the store no one answered. Finally walked outside to find some idiot had left my order on the front porch and it was cold as ice with bugs flying around the box. No Knock no ring just left the pizza and took off. Not to mention my cold pizza was lacking in toppings and the cheese breads were burnt. Finally had to call a pizza hut hotline to request a refund. This store and the manager is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

I got Pizza Hut delivered last night. We ordered a large pizza half cheese other half chicken and bacon. I actually took a picture because I was shocked.  ONLY about 3 slices had chicken and bacon AND those are the ones that were all flipped. Some slices were way too small. The “large” pizza was more like a medium sized one. It really sucked sharing this between three people. The left and right side didn’t even match in size. The fries were also a disappointment. Nothing was fresh, tasty or filling. We actually ate sandwiches afterwards. I’m very upset with what we received. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

They need to change their pizza maker! Spots of the pizza with no cheese. Order was made wrong. Yes they decided to remake the pizza for us and made it right! Nice staff but the lady making the pizzas needs a pizza class.

Food was cold when it was brought to me. I’m about a 5minute drive away, there’s no way it should’ve been cold!! Pizza wasn’t hot, cinnamon stick were hard and cold etc..

Service was not so good. Had to still wait to pick up pizza even though it was ordered on time. The parking in the back was so tight. They should at least had a bigger parking lot. The pizza was over cooked it was not good at all.
