BEWARE!!! Terrible service. Terrible employee. Do not take your clothes to Hope Cleaners. I took a bridesmaid skirt in to be hemmed (one length all around so that it would fall just below my knees) and was promised that they have done hems before as well as other tailoring services with a three day turn around. On the pick up day I received a call saying that it would take an additional three days to hem. I came in on Monday at 5pm and was told it would not be done until 6pm. I came back in at 6 to see my skirt completely destroyed. The hem was not all one length and looked like a frowny face. The tulle was jagged and looked like someone had cut the hem with their teeth. I refused to pay for it. The next day I went in to file a damage claim knowing that my irreplaceable bridesmaid skirt was ruined and not salvageable. The same woman refused to file a claim and told me I had to speak to a manager and leave my skirt there. If I had received my skirt back after the three day turn around I would've had plenty of time to take it to a real business, but now I have to take a plane in the morning with no bridesmaid skirt to wear. My husband called this evening asking when a manager would be in and the same woman said that she was the manager. He asked to file a damage claim and she told him that only the owner could do that. When we asked to get in contact with the owner she was very dodgy and refused to put us in direct contact with them. We asked to be compensated for the full price of the skirt as it is not unreasonable and she kept interrupting him and telling him, "it wasn't that bad." WHAT BUSSINESS TRIES TO SALVAGE A SITUATION BY TELLING THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT?!? My husband and I will be calling them every day until we get in contact with the "owner" and are compensated. We will also be contacting the better business bureau. Hope Cleaners is not a real business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.

Terrible. Gave them 2 shirts for press only and left w 0 wearable shirts. 1 shirt was ripped in sleeve area and another had a big press stain. Regardless, sleeves weren't creased on dress shirt, throw in the iron stain in cuff area and various unpressed areas in the shirt and you have a debacle. Front lady is rude, and quality of work is terrible. Avoid

Just picked up my dry cleaning from there. One of my "dry clean only" Madewell wool-blend sweaters was totally disintegrated so, I don't know what happened but the woman working, Angela, basically called me a liar, said I clearly washed it and "ruined" it before I brought it in and that I brought it in so that I could blame them for the damage. I really really liked this sweater and didn't want to risk washing it since I know Madewell sweaters tend to shrink so I didn't wash it, and brought it to Hope for its first cleaning. And it's totally, ridiculously ruined. And I was STILL charged for the cleaning!! Damage aside, I couldn't believe Angela called me a liar. So, I would strongly encourage you not to patronize this cleaner because there is NO excuse for that kind of customer service. It's totally embarrassing.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! They ruin clothes and will not take responsibility. Even when shown how the clothes came right out of the bag and are ruined, they claim they came in that way. Stay far away!
