I’ve been a customer at U St cleaners for the past 7 years. Staff are always nice and friendly They provide excellent service and will pick-up or deliver your dry cleaning. They also do alterations and repairs to your clothing. Highly recommend.

NEVER BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. SERIOUSLY. Dropped off laundry here and 5 days later the store returned my clothes UNWASHED. They literally charged me for unwashed clothing, offered no apology, and I had to demand a refund.

Friendly fantastic service. They have fixed buttons on my shirt without me having to ask. And they always have treats for my doggy.

it was the other cleaner on 14 and u that left town.. this cleaner is in between 15 and 16 and their still there.. never left
