Sam and Gus did an excellent job installing our hot water and heating system. Ther arrived on time, were courteous and technically proficient. The were very communicative, explained the details of the system and left the area clean of debris when the job was finished. We were very satisfied with the job and our interaction with them.

This was our first time using Horizon Services and they exceeded our expectations! Our water heater began leaking sometime in the early morning. I called at 7am and had a licensed Plummer at my door within a few hours with a brand new tank at the ready. Our tech Joe was promptly on time, knowledgeable and did no way pressure us into any repairs or purchases. He and his assistant were fast and tidy. They left absolutely no mess behind. I will definitely be calling Horizon Services again if the need should arise!

This is the second time I’ve gotten the complimentary tune up service by Horizon and I wasn’t disappointed. I requested a time after 4:00 because I teach until 3:30 and they were more than happy to comply. I got a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know the technician was coming and the service was then completed in about 30 minutes. The technician was very informative and honest about the state of my heater and was open to any questions I may have. I will definitely be sticking with Horizon Services for a long time.

Emergency plumbing call out to repair sewer line. Excellent response time and excellent work by both Tony and Buck. They had all the tools to immediately get started and had materials delivered from their shop. They worked non-stop to repair my system and get us back to "normal" again. I would use them again without a second thought and highly recommend them.

Jared Fisher arrived quickly. He introduced himself and explained his plan of approach for looking at my heater. He was polite enough to answer some of my questions prior to getting to work. Upon completion of his work he reviewed a complete written statement of items that he felt needed to be addressed and informed me of some options. Jared Fisher was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Thank you Jared for a job well done.
