We have called Long's several times now and received excellent service each time.  We are very happy with Charlie, who has taken care of our kitchen plumbing & two bathroom renovations. During our kitchen remodel, the company we unfortunately used could not send their plumber for several weeks & left us without the use of our kitchen completed. We called Long's on a Saturday morning and Charlie arrived before noon! 
He was on time for every visit, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, and professional. He brought Jake with him on the recent bathroom reno and he was just as nice and professional. We will definitely call them for our next bathroom renovation and any future plumbing needs!

Called for an estimate.  Plumber came and assessed but never called back with quote.  We had to call and then the timing they told us was not accurate.  Seemed like they did not want to help.  Very dissapointing.

We use them year after year for furnace preventative maintenance and have found their technicians to be experienced, polite and conscientious.

I spent a substantial amount of money in this store, which Long's was very happy to take but they gave us a faulty kitchen sink, soap dispenser, and toilet and would not stand by their product. Ultimately I had to exchange the soap dispenser for a lesser product and they would not refund the difference and after weeks of arguments they finally agreed to repair the remaining items.

Great customer service. I had an issue and they solved it quickly. The billing people were nice on the phone too when I had a mix-up. I will definitely be back!
