As always, the service is top notch. We have a large tree in our backyard which means we have to have our drain snaked out every 2-3 years. I have used other companies, but Roto-Rooter is by far the best with quick, professional service. Brandon was our technician today and he quickly got the job done.

Michael G was wonderful (#458).  My issue was a little tricky.  He offered several solutions which were at different prices and allowed me to make the choice that was best for me.

The work was done very well and I am excited about my fixed shower faucet and an installed clawfoot tub faucet.

This is my second time using this company.  Highly recommend.

I called to get help regarding a unidentified sump pump and they reviewed my photos over the phone! I was so pleased, I have called numerous places and no one could or would help me. When I need work done I will definitely be going here! Thanks to David!

We had excellent service! A toy clogged the drain of the toilet and Joe (#367) not only gave me options and let me know if it was okay to proceed with either option, he also entertained and answered the questions to two three year olds and a four year old. I was very pleased with how quickly he was able to accomplish the job. If this happens again (hopefully not) I will 100% be calling Roto-Rooter.

EXCELLENT service all the way around:  Spoke to a customer service representative at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning to schedule an appointment due to water backing up through our basement drains.  At 9:30 am the same day they called me back to let me know Derek was on his way.  Derek M - #474 arrived at our home before 10:00 am.  He was very professional and polite, explained all our options to us along with the costs involved related to our issue, and cleaned up after his work was complete.  Nobody likes dealing with plumbing problems.  But I have to say, Roto-Rooter made dealing with the issue a lot easier.  I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
