Purchased the Chicken power bowl and wad told AFTER payment that they were out of a few ingredients. Charged the normal amount, not given the option for a discount either?? When they already knew? Was also told that because the power bowl isn't a popular seller they don't even purchase the supergreens because it "just goes bad". Not at all good business. So many issues with this experience today

Just stopped in for dinner and they charged me 10 for the smallest tacos ever.  I thought they forgot the meat so I went back. You're not the one eating or buying them so make them so someone can have a halfway decent dinner.  Threw them away on the way out the door.  You lost a 1 a week customer.Food: 1/5

This place is disgustingly dirty. They had the shelf for the register pulled out because the CC machine was down and they were working to figure it out and the amount of trash and dirt on the floor made my jaw drop. The food was nothing more than okay. $38 can buy a much better lunch for two

I stopped in to pick my wife up dinner on Sunday Dec 19th around 830pm.  By now, most of the crew here knows me and what I order. The 3 employees working that night were super friendly and very efficient.   The girl goes, "you're the one with the onions right?" they know my wife likes tons of onions on her bowl.  It's nice when employees go out of their normal routine to remember a customer and show that they appreciate your business.  This is a great location.  It has lifetime customers with our family!!  Thanks Hot Head.

Had the fish tacos. Very good. I got to order guacamole but I didn't care for it.Food: 4/5

Went to eat and they were supposed to be open but they locked all doors and turned the lights out. When we went to Mc Donald's across street they turned lights back on. It was a ,I don't want to work moment

I’m SEVERELY disappointed and aggravated with this store. We just moved to the area and have always had good experiences with Hor Heads. So I just ordered from this store via DoorDash. Paid for queso for each burrito as well. We get our burritos, no peppers, little to no cheese, and no queso that we paid extra for! When my boyfriend went to unwrap his burrito it fell open almost into his lap, lucky I had given him a bowl to set it in. I’m horribly disappointed in our order. Was not worth the money in any way! The picture is of my burrito that I decided to put in a bowl and cut up. As you can see, no peppers minus the jalapeño and banana peppers and no queso NONE.

Been here a bunch of times, always was decent. Quality of the ingredients  has gone downhill the last few months however and my lunch today was absolutely inedible. Cold and stale, drenched in hot sauce to make it palatable. Don't know what happened, but I won't be coming back.

This location definitely needs 5 stars. It’s the best one by far and Kim just made me the most delicious bowl I’ve ever had
