The worker said please don't eat here this place is nasty and I said thank you pulled off Update Feb 19 2023 I returned to the McDonald's to see if anything has changed and in all actuality it looks even worse the windows are nasty the drive-thru order board is disgusting homeless people hanging all around and not one car in the drive through or the parking lot I don't see this McDonald's lasting long at all

Ordered two meals. After waiting no exaggeration 20min in the parking lot, they brought out only the sandwich from one of the orders. We then asked for the rest of the food. They brought the sandwich back to the store and then after another 10min, I went in.  Three other customers were standing there as well we were the only ones in the store other than staff waiting for their orders to be corrected. The staff refused to provide me a refund and instructed me to wait.  When one of the ladies waiting finally got their order, they politely asked for sauce. Who I assume to be the manager THREW the sauce at her.  All in all, I spent a total of 45min at the store and witnessed awful behaving and unprofessional staff flounder to do their jobs at even a basic level.  Get it together people.

It was a simple apple fritter for my toddler, however they made her feel like she was such a little adult. They talked to her so she could place her order and had patience.Food: 5/5

On a recent food gathering venture to McDonald’s and having placed an online order on their app, and thus arriving to pick up said order; only to discover that it wasn’t ready, nor being able to fulfill a particular food item. However, the manager and or assistant manager stepped up to the challenge by more than graciously replacing the missing item with two others in abundance. Given that and being understaffed, I wholeheartedly commend his efforts…Bravo! *Footnote—I would certainly hope the owners of this particular fast food chain recognize the merits of their employees.

This place is finally closing permanently December 30th. Good Riddance. The owners should be charged criminally for gross negligence of public safety. Besides the violent and racist employees, here's a snapshot from the health inspector in May 2023:  “Cockroaches and rodent droppings were observed diffusely throughout the facility during the inspection. Cockroaches were both alive and dead and represented all life stages. Operator treated live cockroaches with RAID on site during the inspection. The majority of cockroaches were observed underneath the double upright cooler with doors along the front line but has open, exposed mechanical equipment at the back immediately south of the meat chest freezer. Dead roaches were observed in the dining room and kitchen areas. Mouse droppings were observed on the back ledge behind a dining room sofa, underneath the soda counter in the dining room, in corners throughout the facility, underneath the slushy machine including on the nozzles themselves, and diffusely throughout the rest of the facility. Facility has a large number of harborage conditions which remain problematic. Ensure that the facility is clean to prevent harborage conditions from occurring and ensure that no pests/insects alive or dead or their droppings are present. 6-501.111: PREMISE shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. If present A Routinely inspect shipments of FOOD and supplies B Inspect PREMISE routinely C Using methods, such as trapping devices Pf D Eliminate harborage conditions.”

Normally I don't do reviews. But I have to say not only was this McDonald's dirty, my wife and I waited around 20 minutes for our Big Mac meals. The staff seemed oblivious to me standing there. Not to mention people who were behind me got their orders before mine. I think the people who went before me were friends of the workers because they were talking and joking. I've visited many McDonald's and this by far was the worst experience. However, there was a nice young man who took our order and he seemed busy.

FINALLY! The North Grand location is serving it's community with the highest regard to service and quality! Not for the reasons you may think though! The atmosphere is amazing because the building has been demolished. The terribly entitled and overpaid "employees" can't treat you bad or threaten you here because here is an empty lot now. THIS is how all bad restaurants should do it, it took awhile but corporate hit this nail right on the head. Can't say the town is worse off without this location. In my experience, great food and service at all other local locations.

This place never has anything, everything I tried  to order was either not available, not working, down or it would be a 14 minute wait....I was in the drive through over 10 minutes  just to get to the window and still have to  wait because the lady working drive through was talking on her phone, the customer service here is terrible and the staff come to work would th no bras which is enough to make you lose your appetite.

Had a terrible experience today. Went to drive up waited 20 Minutes before anyone would answer outside speaker drive up. Kept asking hello hello. Rude employee finally answered. There was looked like to employees  being dropped off while waiting in line. McDonald's North Grand and 9th Springfield,IL. Then when I finally was able to order I drove up first window no one was there so drove to second..next thing I know employee was yelling coming back here to first window. Then she told a customer on Her head set hold on loud disrespectful manner. I had two cars behind me..I got out of my truck at one point amd started to try to call establishment before she answered almost 20 minutes later and waited another 10 to get my food. Asked if had any specials on breakfest sandwiched to witch she replied that same thing we have all the time.  I said wow. But got food got hoke and found my Egg Mcmuffins was barely wrapped and sausage was burnt on edges and was Luke warm..Very disappointing for the service and the poor  quilty of unprofessionalism I felt like I was treated.

This business does not even deserve a star. My husband walked in to eat and a mouse crawled out from the front counter as he was waiting for his food. Warning do not go here and any management that knows of this should be aware it's been reported.
