This is an awesome place to refresh your mind and body. We had s great soak and the staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Its always a positive experience with lots of historical significance. LOVE this place. The tubs aren't super-steaming hot, like a commercial hot tub. But the water feels amazing (directly from the springs!), the staff is friendly, and it's a very unique experience! Sometimes locals get a discount. Each tub is private, all I can say that it was a amazing experience. Highly recommended

I had a soak and massage booked last weekend. Staff is fantastic and friendly. Scenery and hot tub setup out back was ok, nothing spectacular. The hot tubs are dated / uncomfortable and there's a sign up stating that if the tub jets don't work, there's no refund. The water wasn't hot and the cost was way too high for the time, no towels, no showers, etc. Tubs are drained, sanitized and refilled as advertised. 
My massage was amazing. I forgot the young lady's name but she was cordial, thorough and professional.

We towed our camper and stayed across the street at their campground. It's clean, well attended to and in close proximity to the river. Bathrooms, showers, dish washing stations and sinks/ vanities for washing up and brushing teeth....which was great for the kids. Also had a decent playground. However, there are active (very active) train tracks along campground. Not fun when a train horn goes off at night or early morning. Trailer sites are setup perfectly for electric/water/sewer hookups but the sites and the campground overall weren't attractive and didn't give the "can't wait to return" feel. 
Glad we tried it out but needless to say we won't be back. If we stayed nearby I would definitely book a massage!

So honestly i wanted to give this place a 5 star but after my visit i can't say it is. Staff is friendly but the place is kind of run down. The concept is a cool and unique idea but the restrooms/changing rooms where pretty dirty. The area were the tubs were located was nice and had creek views but the tubs themselves where dated and not what i expected. If you go into this knowing it is not a 5 star place and just looking for something diferent, then you will be satisfied. I'm glad i went but have to say  i probably won't be back.

One of my favorite destinations... the staff has always been friendly and helpful with reservations and accommodations.  The tubs are great, very warm.. but not scalding.  A great place to relax and unwind.  Towels are provided for $2 each.. they also have coffee, basic snacks, and misc. items for purchase...

Great rustic spa getaway.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  The tub soak was great.  Our jets in the deluxe tub worked fine but they do not guarantee they will work but I was there for the water.  If you are use to the hot springs out west be advised this is more of a warm springs but the temperature was perfect for feeling refreshed and not drained.  Will definitely be back.  Beautiful scenery and privavcy along the river
