Only ask for Beth. Went this weekend as part of a friend's 40th birthday girls' trip. Our group had mixed experiences - more than a few of the girls left with pretty mediocre feelings on their Biltmore Spa massages. I had Beth and thought she gave one of the best massages of my life. She listened to what I wanted (medium-to-heavy pressure with focus on upper back, shoulders and neck; no oil in my hair), towed the line PERFECTLY of working out trouble areas while still making the experiences relaxing, etc. Highly recommend Beth but would only go see her.

Went for a prenatal massage at 32 weeks pregnant, and my massage therapist, Melissa, was so wonderful. Relatable, personable, professional - so relaxing and perfect. The nail tech for my pedicure was also named Melissa and did a wonderful job as well. I felt so spoiled. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Fantastic day spa. Offers great selections of services and interesting products.. Definitely leave the place completely relaxed .

Staff was very nice. We were walking around Biltmore Village and I decided to get a manicure. They couldn't fit me in, but was able to give me something a couple hours later. My manicurist was very nice & did a great job. Next time we're in Asheville, I'll definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, elegant facility and wonderful massages. My Fiance and I will definitely be returning for a couples massage when we return to Asheville.
