We went to their Christopher Columbus Sale. There were two Sales Persons we wish to commend at Macy's Capitals. Ben in Housewares and Anthony in ladies wear. Nice environment. Sale was awesome!

I wish to recommend GINA in the INTIMATE Department at Macy's Capitola store in California. There are many excellent retail employees at this Macy's, and yet I am so impressed by Gina that I want to write this note about her. She is so serene, helpful, and dedicated to her customers that shopping becomes a pleasure with her at the desk. Gina always smiles, never loses patience, doesn't hesitate to walk to find the odd elusive article of clothing, all to satisfy the most demanding of customers. She has a unique expertise in every aspect of her job, from sale to advising and to everything pertaining to merchandise. I am lucky to be one of her customers at Macy's. Her vast knowledge of the merchandise makes it possible for me to buy with confidence and her gentle attitude makes it a remarkably enjoyable experience. Please do not ever let this employee go.

High-quality products and now reasonably priced with very helpful assistants. I like the fact that they haven't trimmed down on their staffing it helps quite a bit.
