The worst Hot topic I've ever been to next to the Rogers location. Theyre lazy as hell especially the dude in there with the blonde hair. He's always bothered by any questions you may ask him and just straight up lies to get you away from him. I asked him once if they had a certain product, he said no. Couple of minutes later a girl came out of the back room and she asked if i needed help so i asked her the same thing and she was able to show me the product i was looking for. They never post on their social media and lie about it to their customers too. Just a bunch of lazy people

They have all of favorite characters. The staff is always super friendly and helpful!
