This journeys kidz has improved tremendously. I use to hate the customer service here but I can see the atmosphere has changed. Ms. Meme has been helpful to my family time each and every single time we come in. She goes over and beyond just to help us in general. She has answers to a lot of my questions and i especially love how she's knowledgeable on the sizing of the brands of the shoes. Nikes, go a size up, converse, go a size down. It's just refreshing to have someone so consistent with her customer service. I make sure to point out to my friends to go to Meme just for her customer service alone. Thank you Ms. Meme for the big help. It may seem small to her, but it speaks volume to me, especially a mother of 4. It is so hard to find good help and you're just awesome.
