Great Spas, great service. I rarely write a review but I am very happy with my buying experience, price, my spa, and the support after sale. Mark took time to answer all my many questions with no sales pressure. The setup crew was professional, and informative. They took away my old spa and setup the new, and primed me on the operation.  When I had a technical question after the sale Mark contacted the mfg and got back to me in the hour. That is great service especially these days. I have confidence that they will be there when I need service though the Spa has been flawless so far. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Mark & Jeff!!! The 5 star reviews speak for them selves...mine included. It isn't just great prices..but SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! We had a small factory issue with my new tub install & Mark owner had a service technician there within 4 hrs. It was fixed within 30 minutes and all good. I also had a few questions as a first time hot tub owner...Mark was always quick to reply & thoroughly explained things. Great pricing, great service, and a locally based company to support!

Mark, Jeff, Scott and the entire crew were awesome. From start to finish these guys know what they are doing, very professional, take the time to explain everything and just overall very nice and friendly. Also their prices were reasonable and along with any add ons you may desire for your tub. Plus the spas they sell are top notch and affordable. Definitely check with these guys first before you bother with the rest.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Went in looking on a Saturday, picked one out and had it delivered in less than a week! Mark was so easy to deal with financing. And Dave the delivery guy was very informative and awesome! We shopped around, and they’re the best price around!!

I just had my hot tub delivered.  Not only was the delivery on time but I actually got to choose the date and time, customer service is excellent.  The delivery went well and took maybe 30 minutes from truck to back yard and ready to be filled with water.  I haven’t used the spa yet but so far using this company has made this a very pleasant experience.   The price could not be beat since I went to at least 5 local stores and found this company to have the best prices and the most knowledgeable staff.

Mark and his team at the Spa  wholesaler were wonderful to work with from purchase to delivery to service.   There was no pressure to buy, and he very knowledgeable with all our questions we had.  He explained things in depth in lay terms.    We had a small factory issue on delivery and Mark was there within 24 hours to fixed it.  Love the tub and great experience overall!

The reviews of this establishment and its owners Mark and Jeff border on the unbelievable. As if they literally were somehow written by the owners themselves. I can tell you that they are legit.  I bought from Mark after doing my homework. Nobody was as well priced, low to no sales pitches, and lightning quick to respond to a text, call, or even an e mail.  My tub was delivered and installed yesterday. I saw a cosmetic issue with the housing, and by the end of today he and his assistant were at my home correcting it. Zero nonsense. Mark is an obsessive owner who will not neglect his customers after the sale. My name is Drew, I live in Troy, and I am glad I trusted Marks’ advice and suggestions, and recommend him enthusiastically.

Working with these guys was the best!  We had done a good amount of research before coming to them.  The honesty, fairness and professionalism they provided was excellent.    They exceeded all of the others.  From our initial conversations, to the delivery,  we are 100% pleased.  Thank you!
