Took my girlfriend's daughter to get her hair done before school starts and I don't know anything about female hair and how it's supposed to look but she was very happy with how it came out and I think it came out great for not too much money for what she had done I'm very very Happy with this place

This Salon is TERRIBLE!! They do half- ass work and charge an arm and a leg. I got a root TOUCH Up and they charged me $173. The month before I supposedly got a "full head" of highlights, though NONE of the back was done. The manager Claire took advantage of me and overcharged me for 2/3 head (66.6%) @ $173 when I just got bangs and touch up. So if you want to WASTE your $$$... Plus, she was supposed to refund me money and never did. I left several emails to speak to owner and no one contacted me. If they want to charge the big bucks they should do the work. While getting my $220 haircut & touch up, Jade (the stylist) was in the back eating and I had to ask another stylist to find her. WORST SALON...THEY THINK THEY'RE IN SOHO!

What a beautiful salon!  Without an appointment, and after driving for over 3 hours for a business meeting the next day, they were able to instantly accommodate me! The manicure was fantastic - they are using a new nail gel product that does not require the use of the nail  DRILL or any UV light!  The hair-stylist was upbeat, professional, and highly talented!  The proud owner, Jean Paul, personally introduced himself to me and his French accent seemed authentic.  Immaculate, clean, and bright...I have been to other Hair and Nail Salons in Latham, and Jean Paul outshines them all!  I highly recommend you give them a try!
