Hot Yoga Maple Shade's mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of all students, regardless of age, health status or experience level, through the study and practice of authentic Bikram Yoga in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment. We encourage our students to focus on what they CAN do, while challenging themselves both physically and mentally, to achieve a powerful balance of body and mind.
We teach Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class, consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The class will systematically deliver therepeutic benefit to every part of your body- inside out, bones to skin, from your fingertips to your toes.
