Your office staff needs to do their job. Check before my appointment if the service i am in for is covered by my insurance. Don't wait until i am naked on a table to tell me that i have to pay up front because my service may or may not be covered because your staff did not run my insurance through ahead of time. Its not okay. Be upfront!

Love the doctor and the staff are friendly but a major problem is when you schedule a appointment eveytime you still have to wait over 30minutes before even getting taken back, it never fails. Ive been coming here for years think i may even switch places just because of the ridiculous wait so far ive been waiting a hour.

I absolutely loved Dr Epstein and her office staff!! Dr Epstein took an exceptional amount of time with me and I never once felt rushed. All my questions were answered. Her office staff was on top of everything! They had gotten records before Dr Epstein even asked for them. I can not Thank them ALL enough for all the help and care that I received!

Every single time I come to this office for an appointment I scheduled in advanced, I am kept waiting for an additional half hour to an hour. This is so ridiculous, especially because I try to be the last appointment of the day and I am currently sitting in this office 45 mins after my scheduled appointment time and there are NO OTHER PATIENTS HERE, so what are you people doing that you're keeping a patient waiting this long. Unbelievable.
