Dr. Vanna saved my life. I was struggling a lot with epileptic seizures and he took the time to research so many medications to get me on the right track. He was very kind and caring. He also helped me maintain a healthy pregnancy. I would recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Vanna when I lost the feeling in my feet in 2008. After an EMG in his office he told me I had peripheral neuropathy and tried to convince me I was diabetic.  ???HUH???  My sugar was fine, I was NOT diabetic.  After the EMG he told me that he wanted me to have 6 weeks of PT and then go back to him and "see what was happening".  ???HUH???  I could not walk, it felt like I was walking on marbles.

After seeing another neurologist, it was confirmed that I had MS visible in both my brain and spinal cord.  He couldn't have been any further off, and I  was totally disgusted with him.

My advice is if you see this group or ANY doctor, and your body is telling you something different then them, GET A SECOND OPINION!!  I'm so glad I did.  I KNOW I am still walking because I chose to listen to my body and see someone else.....
