The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge worked well. The lobby is a great place to hang out - checkers and other games are available by the fireplace (with a big Beautiful hearth), with a ski lodge like feel. Nice outdoor areas too, though in December inside is more welcoming. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of that end of Solvang.

One of the nicer hotels that I've stayed at. Very nice large king bed, very nice bathroom, even comfy robes. Half of a block walking to everything downtown solvang. I would definitely stay there again.

Shiny upscale hotel. Coffee & tea provided. Very expensive. $359 per night for standard room with patio. Package or group rates may be cheaper. No restaurant. Restaurant next door (50 feet). Probably $100 for dinner for two with wine.

Comfortable hotel with ample parking on the east side of Solvang. Convenient walk to the Solvang farmer's market every Wednesday afternoon. 24 hour water, tea, and coffee located on the 2nd floor. Check out time is ample at noon. Restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk to Dr J's bicycle shop down the street to take advantage of the bike paths.
