Visited for a Christmas event. Hotel employees were kind and helpful. Decorations were great and event was very well organized. My daughter LOVED the character experience they were providing. Fun for the whole family.

Nice conference room with adequate parking. Location is easy to find. The interiors have recently been redone and look nice. Conference rooms are scattered with a breakfast restaurant separating them, which can be confusing. Air conditioning is always on high, and these rooms get cold. As usual, a fur coat was no match for the AC. Too cold.

Rooms are very nice but no free WiFi and you have to pay for breakfast. Most hotels give you at least one. Staff was friendly and the hotel is currently being updated.

Edit: I came back to edit my review and give it an extra star. The Staff here are wonderful and very helpful. Fonzy and Junior took excellent care of our event and wanted to note that the star rating we're for Marriott's policies and not the staff.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Nice entryway lounge area. Only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom door. They replaced a traditional door with a modern sliding glass door that does not adequately cover the whole doorway. Not a deal breaker, but be aware when booking.

We literally fled there last week when we were evacuated from the Thomas Fire. Nice room, VERY HELPFUL STAFF, ESPECIALLY HOUSEKEEPING!!
