What a great stay at this quality inn! The room was spacious , clean and with all we needed. Office chair and desk, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and sink and 2 very comfortable queen beds. Bedsheets are clean and good quality as well as the plushy towels we got. There is an iron, iron board, hangers, hair dryer and all the necessary toiletries. Bathroom is clean and it had good water pressure and warm water was promptly available. Breakfast consisted of eggs, potatoes, bacon waffles, yogurt, pastries, bagels, fruits and all the goodies, the attendant kept the area replenish, clean and organized, very good job! We used this hotel as base to explore the area, the location is perfect right of the 101 but inside the room there was no road noise at all. Wi-if is available, front desk will give you the password. The staff was very accommodating and nice. I will definitely be back.

The Quality Inn is exemplary when it comes comfortable and clean accommodations without breaking the bank. The rooms are a little small, but they had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of a few businesses including the famous Firestone Brewery. And the staff are some of the most friendly and helpful people you could ask for!

Found thia lovely hotel while traveling down the coast from Seattle to San Diego. Excellent good sized, clean rooms. Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. Well worth the money.

Friendly and competent staff. Room accommodations were great as was the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and will return in the future.

My wife, dog, cat and I were evacuees from Ojai, which was near devastated by fire. We arrived at the Quality Inn on the run and without a booking. The staff could not have been more kind, thoughtful and accommodating. They found us a room right away, and at a very good price (at a time when other SoCal motels were gouging evacuees). We ended up staying 3 nights, and it was quite simply the most enjoyable motel stay we have ever had (and we're in our 60s). The room was big and comfortable. A delicious, warm (free!) breakfast every morning. Fresh coffee always available in the lobby. Fresh apples as well! Warm cookies in the afternoon. A 24-hour office center with computers and printers (no charge for printing). So much exceptional service at a great price. But at the heart of it was the staff, who continued to be kind, thoughtful and accommodating while juggling the needs and demands of scores of evacuees. We were deeply touched by their humanity in a time of crisis. This is a very special place, and we will be forever grateful we stayed there. J.B. & Elizabeth White
