Nice cozy living room/bedroom suites with balcony. Good breakfast in the morning. Fireside chats with a walk up bar makes for good ambiance. Plenty of space for receptions and meetings. Ideally located for all your 5 minute trips to the capital buildings.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially in the Hacienda. The free breakfast and happy hour have great food and wine with a great view. It is walking distance to downtown but they also offer the cutest little purple shuttles for free to most locations in town. I ALWAYS. Stay here when I come to Santa Fe

Today was our legislatives day for my organization at the roundhouse. We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe, Hacienda & Spa. The rooms were really comfortable with Native and Spanish decor. The food is really good and the staff ate really helpful and friendly. You are walking distance of our State Capital or you can take the shuttle bus to the Capital and they will also take you around Santa Fe within a mile radius of the hotel. Santa Fe Hotel does have a gift shop that has everything you need.

Do not waste your time or money here! This hotel has BEDBUGS!!!!!! Our family stayed here for one night last weekend in their suite. The next morning we woke up to find 2 find bed bugs on our sheets. We killed them and blood was stained on the sheets....visible for the staff to see so they can take care of the situation. We called the General Manager to discuss this and he was extremely RUDE which made us even angrier. He admitted to BEDBUGS in the hotel but told us our room was the ONLY room without it....ummm okay?! Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It was not fun cleaning every single item from 2 adults..3 kids and getting our dog groomed straight afterwards. Some vacation...

We stayed here for several days and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious. I took away a star because the yoga class on Sunday was held in a stuffy room that smelt weird and the massages were honestly the worst ones we've ever had. The massage therapists were uninterested and we could feel it. It felt like they were watching the clock the entire time. So my takeaway is go somewhere else for massages but staying here will leave you with a happy experience.
