This 219 room hotel is designed after New Mexico's famous Pueblo Revival Style. The decor features handcrafted southwest furniture and art, romantic balconies, kiva fireplaces and more! We stayed at this hotel in September, 2017. This hotel has a good location and the staff are nice but the rooms need to be updated. We had to move around the first night because the rooms they wanted us to take had lots of issues. The room we finally settled for did not look like the pictures on their internet site (windows broken, old furniture, old beds, loud air conditioners). If you book here demand a room that has been recently updated. For the price there are much better options in Santa Fe.

We had an entirely satisfactory room with king bed - think it had been remodeled. View toward the plaza.  Very helpful front desk staff and valets. Minimal wait elevators. Good location away from the central noise, but walkable (5 mins) to anything. Good conference management.

This place is amazing.  All of the staff members are super friendly, the rooms are always clean and there is great turndown service with little chocolates everyday. I believe most of the rooms have fireplaces with amazing views of the mountains. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Santa Fe

We went to the Old House ( the Eldorado restaurant )for dinner. The food was fantastic and well presented. There were only a couple other tables seated in the restaurant so it was a little quiet. Our only complaint was that we had a gift certificate that was emailed to us. The manager insisted that we print it out to use it. So my wife had to go to the hotel lobby to use the printer at the end of our meal. Kind of an unromantic way to finish our anniversary dinner.

Amazing staff. Tasty s.p. fries. Yummy sliders. Good view.  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
