Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE. Food was okay.. I called to let them know they charged my card the wrong amount. After a lengthy argument of wrong order, wrong addresses, and a bunch of other stuff that had NOTHING to do with why I was calling... She told me not to order from them again because I was too much trouble. Ha. Not a problem. I won't be.

This food is good sometimes, but this will be the third time I have ordered and never gotten my food!!!! If you want good chinese, go somewhere where you KNOW you will actually get it!!!!

I have ordered from House of Dragon 3 times through the GrubHub app. The third time I ordered there was a mistake. It was some sort of breaded chicken instead of the shrimp chow mein that I had ordered and it was the wrong type of soup. The GrubHub app tells you to call the restaurant directly first so that's what I did. 

I was treated horribly over the phone. The person told me repeatedly that it was my fault that my order was wrong I had told them the wrong number 601 instead of 602. I tried to explain multiple times that it was not possible for me to have given the wrong number since I ordered through GrubHub but they would not listen and rudely told me that he would not refund or replace the food because it was my fault I had ordered the wrong thing. 

After that I called GrubHub. They offered to refund me and call the restaurant for me and get my order resent out but when I found out the delivery person works for the restauraunt I just asked for a refund. I didn't want to see or talk to any employee again after way they treated me. 

A few minutes after I hung up with GrubHub the restaurant called my cell phone. It was a different person on the phone who did not say hello, did not apologize, didn't even explain who he was. He just said "do you want a refund or you want food?" I replied that I just wanted a refund and he hung up on me without saying goodbye or any response. I then received an email saying they were only refunding the price of the meal. They were keeping the tax, tip and cost of the egg roll that I got as well. 

So, food is mediocre and a customer service is horrendous so I will not be ordering from them again.

Good flavor and quality.  Fresh cooked (not buffet). Thai options available.

The food was cold the drinks hot and shaken to death box smashed beyond recognition. It took an hour and 45 min to go 6 blocks. I guess if it were hot it might be ok.
