I can't say enough how much we LOVE this place!! I honestly can't believe the ratings are so low!? Please don't let the ratings deter you. You will be missing out on some of the best food ever!! Something about the sauce they use. It's amazing!!! The only reason I can think that ratings would be so low is the fact that it's on a collage campus. The last time we were in there we actually watched some students come in and try to show out and get free food. We heard them order, they gave them exactly what they ordered, and then they tried to complain saying they had ordered more expensive meals.... so basically just trying to take advantage and management wasn't letting it happen. Which they shouldn't have!! The guys demanded their money back, yet wanted to walk out with the food too!? And then they were hollering something about being sure to give a bad review, which wouldn't have been a fair review. So seriously, try this place. We eat it every single time we are near. Never once have we been disappointed!!

I work on campus and I cannot always get away to the strip to order something. Hibachi is always on time, nice and friendly. I love their glazed carrots so much and the sauce is..amazing!

Food was delicious, inexpensive, portion sizes are great and customer service is wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

I always have good experiences with this location, but I've never gotten my food delivered so I can't speak to the delivery quality. I eat here twice a month atleast and am always happy!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, We order at my job from them often and the first few times it was great. But the last few times we have ordered it hasn't been very good. The very last time we ordered we got chicken and rice. The chicken was so gristly we could not eat it. We called and complained and the manager took our name and number and stated we could get meals next time we call. So we call today and he states he has a credit for $7 and some change to replace the chicken but since we did not complain about the rice that he would not replace that....um what?? that makes no sense. You tell somebody you will replace the FULL MEAL not just the chicken. You should follow through with that. So basically we will no longer be ordering from them.
