someone please, investigate these people. Boy oh boy. This office is sexiest, incompetent, incapable. Who is looking over these folks in there? Are they in their own world there? I made a complaint about the 10 million dollars Freemont investment settlement done by the previous administration about 8 years ago, that administration stole from the people of Massachusetts and this current one admin is lying and hiding for them. We have the dumbest people in this office. They took the money and now asking me to hire an attorney to chase some made up ghosts. Because they are the Attorney General that does favors to all needy attorneys and taking care of who they want to, no one can dig their dirty laundry in there. Sad. I am still waiting for my written statement from this office. Is that what law school is teaching? We need a Donald Trump spirit in there to make sure those folks are doing their Jobs. Any U.S business with a 2.0 rating out of 5 is a bad business. Most 5 stars on this page are made ups. I was told that no one can Investigate this office I'm wondering why. may be that's why they so wild. do your job

When I've needed to contact this office I've found the staff helpful and informative. I have received responses to inquiries within a reasonable time frame and have never had to make second or third calls to get my initial requrements met. Thanks.

I never do this, but I have to write a review because my experience with the Atty General's Office was excellent. They were responsive, timely and thorough including calling me back when they said they would. In the end they could not help me get the outcome I hoped for with a financial institution, but it was not for lack of trying.

I had a guy stiff me last summer on an exterminator job. Healy's office's website has this little 'Check box' if you're over 62. Her staff was relentless in getting this guy to pay me back, and he did. Thank you Maura Healy. MA is lucky to have you as our AG. You are energetic, talented , resourceful, and insightful.

Maura Healey impresses me daily with her work on behalf of our citizens to ensure environmental protection, consumer protection, and protection for recent immigrants to the US. I'm so relieved she's at the helm right now.
